We are seeking a Senior SEO Manager to help define the future of B2B markets across Europe. In this role, you will oversee the SEO strategy and implementation for our platforms, focusing heavily on technical SEO.

Help shape the future of B2B with us

Collaborate with Product teams to develop a successful SEO strategy: Work closely with product teams to ensure that SEO objectives align with technical capabilities, facilitating a smooth integration of SEO considerations into product plans. We value a collaborative approach that leverages our collective expertise, ensuring that priorities are reflected in the product strategy. Enhance technical SEO: Improve and optimize our platforms, concentrating on technical elements such as site structure, crawlability, and performance metrics. Advocate for SEO within the organization: Represent the SEO department in strategic discussions and work collaboratively with other teams, including Marketing and Product. Monitor and report on SEO performance: Analyze key metrics, identify areas for optimization, and implement necessary adjustments. Stay informed on industry trends: Continuously research and apply the latest SEO best practices and technologies.

How to impress us

You are:
A seasoned SEO expert with a minimum of 5 years of experience, specializing in technical SEO and strategic planning. An effective communicator capable of conveying complex ideas to colleagues and stakeholders. A proven collaborator who can foster strong partnerships and achieve results by working effectively with product teams. A curious and passionate individual who keeps abreast of the latest SEO trends and technologies. Fluent in both English and German. Technically adept with a solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML, Javascript, CSS, and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Botify, and Semrush. Experienced in managing SEO projects, analyzing log files, and implementing sitemaps, redirects, and hreflang attributes. A problem-solver capable of independently identifying and addressing complex SEO challenges. Bonus points for experience with platforms, e-commerce, search, project management, relaunches, or agencies.
