About the Role
We're seeking a Senior SEO Manager to join our team, responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing a future-proof SEO strategy that safeguards and grows our organic traffic for several platforms. As a key member of our SEO team, you'll work closely with Product, Editorial, and IT teams to ensure a seamless user experience on our websites.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a holistic SEO strategy for multiple products and content types
- Monitor and analyze SEO KPIs to inform data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brief technical requirements and ensure successful project execution
- Conduct complex analyses and regular SEO-relevant audits to identify areas for improvement
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external service providers to drive results
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in SEO, with a proven track record of optimizing large websites
- Technical SEO expertise, including proficiency in utilizing SEO tools like Screaming Frog, GA4, Google Search Console, and others
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate SEO concepts to stakeholders of varying levels of knowledge
- Ability to train and pass on knowledge to more junior team members and other interested parties
- Excellent German and English language skills
