We are seeking a Senior SEO Manager to help shape the future of B2B markets in Europe. You will oversee the SEO strategy and implementation for our platforms, focusing heavily on technical SEO.

Collaborate with Product to develop a successful SEO strategy: Work closely with product teams to ensure that SEO objectives align with technical capabilities, facilitating a smooth integration of SEO considerations into product plans. We value a collaborative approach that leverages each other's strengths, ensuring priorities are reflected in the product roadmap. Enhance technical SEO: Optimize and improve our platforms, concentrating on technical elements such as site structure, crawlability, and performance. Advocate for SEO within the organization: Represent the SEO team in strategic conversations and collaborate effectively with other departments, including Marketing and Product. Monitor and report on SEO performance: Track essential metrics, identify areas for optimization, and implement necessary adjustments. Stay informed on industry trends: Continuously research and apply the latest SEO best practices and technologies.

This is how you can impress us

You are:
A highly skilled SEO professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience, focusing on technical SEO and strategy. An effective communicator who can clearly explain complex concepts to colleagues and stakeholders. A proven collaborator capable of building strong partnerships and driving results through effective teamwork with product teams. A passionate and inquisitive individual who stays current with the latest SEO trends and technologies. Fluent in English and German. Technically adept with a solid understanding of web technologies, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Botify, and Semrush. Experienced in managing SEO projects, analyzing log files, and implementing sitemaps, redirects, and hreflang attributes. A problem-solver who can independently identify and resolve complex SEO challenges. Bonus points for experience with platforms, e-commerce, search, project management, relaunches, or agencies.
