The Role and Your Impact

As an Inbound Sales Account Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our sales process, working closely with our outbound sales team to identify and move forward opportunities and clear administrative obstacles for closing a sale.

Your Responsibilities

  • Represent think-cell in all our inbound communication
  • Respond to incoming inquiries and help our customers when purchasing licenses and placing their orders
  • Work together with our outbound sales team to identify and move forward opportunities and clear administrative obstacles for closing a sale
  • Work together with our resellers and train new ones to ensure their alignment with our sales procedures
  • Focus on building long-lasting customer relationships, because most of our first-time customers turn into recurring customers
  • Work in a team of international colleagues in a flat organizational structure
  • Outgoing, well-spoken, and have some understanding of computer technology and office software
  • Work from our offices located in Denver
  • Travel is not necessary

Your Profile

  • University degree or professional training preferred
  • Experience in administrative or sales support roles
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce) and sales related tools
  • Experience in a SaaS or tech environment welcomed
  • Strong communication & customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Open and outgoing
  • Passion for working with interesting customers & coworkers
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

About the Position

This position is based in think-cell's Denver office.
