The Role
We are seeking an Order Management Specialist to join our team. As an Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for processing, sorting, and routing incoming and outgoing mail related to EU orders. You will handle orders by phone, email, or mail and check the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
Key Responsibilities
- Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail related to EU orders
- Handle orders by phone, email, or mail and check the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers
- Create and process orders in respective ERP system, process requests for rush orders, and review pending orders and customer requests
- Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party
- Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting, and proofreading correspondence
- Liaise with BU International as well as, sales and logistics departments to ensure orders are processed effectively
- Actively collaborate with Solplanet International. (Corporate in China)
- Perform other support for order fulfillment, including providing suggestions to improve platform and system, reworking software, or labels of products
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics or international trade-related major. At least 2 years of working experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or sales support role. Previous experience in the PV inverter industry is preferred, but not a necessity. Fluency in German and business fluency in English is required. A third language is a plus.
