About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Solplanet. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the receiving, storage, and shipping of goods to ensure timely and accurate movement of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain inventory accuracy, including tracking stock levels and coordinating regular cycle counts.
  • Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety standards and company policies.
  • Optimize warehouse space utilization and coordinate efficient layout and storage of products.
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems to track product locations, stock levels, and shipment schedules.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and shipping/receiving issues.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or above; additional qualifications in supply chain or logistics are a plus.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex operations.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
