About the Role

Fotografiska Berlin GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Ambassador. As the primary point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a memorable experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Manage Ticket Sales and Events: Efficiently manage ticket sales for admissions and events, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Drive Retail Sales: Utilize your sales skills to drive retail sales, promoting our unique products and services to our guests.
  • Cultivate Memberships: Foster strong relationships with our members, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Support Exhibition Floors: Provide exceptional support to our exhibition floors, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Other Duties: Perform various other duties as required, ensuring the smooth operation of our museum.
Requirements
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Provide a high level of thoughtful hospitality and engaging, professional service to our guests.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a constantly evolving environment, ensuring you can meet the changing needs of our guests and team.
  • Experience in Retail Sales and/or Hospitality: Possess experience in retail sales and/or hospitality, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Fluency in German and English: Be fluent in both German and English, ensuring you can effectively communicate with our guests and team.
  • Availability to Work Nights, Holidays, and Weekends: Be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends, ensuring you can meet the needs of our guests and team.
  • Passion for Art and Culture: Possess a passion for art and culture, ensuring you can effectively promote our unique products and services to our guests.
