Junior Recruitment Specialist

In der Rolle als Junior Recruitment Specialist (m/f/d) bist Du ein kommunikativer, freundlicher und kreativer Kopf. Deine Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, potenzielle Bewerber für unser Unternehmen zu begeistern. In dieser vielseitigen Position begleitest Du die Kandidaten umfassend – von der Erstellung von Stellenanzeigen über die Durchführung von Vorstellungsgesprächen bis hin zur Erstellung der erforderlichen Unterlagen. Zudem unterstützt Du neue Mitarbeiter in der Anfangsphase bei allen Fragen rund um ihre Tätigkeit.
Deine Aufgaben im Detail:
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Stellenanzeigen, auch in sozialen Netzwerken
- Eigenverantwortliche Planung von Terminen für Dich und das Team
- Telefonische, Video- und persönliche Betreuung unserer Bewerber; Durchführung von Interviews
- Umfassende Begleitung des Onboarding-Prozesses für neue Mitarbeiter
- Erstellung von Dokumenten, Verträgen und Pflege der Personalstammdaten
- Mitwirkung an der Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen

- Erste Erfahrungen in einem ähnlichen Bereich sind von Vorteil
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, Kommunikationsstärke und eine serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kreativität, hohe soziale Kompetenz sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, „Macher-Mentalität“
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Umgangsformen und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office/Windows, idealerweise Erfahrung mit Cloud-Anwendungen
- Wünschenswert sind gute Englischkenntnisse
