Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale power product development projects independently, with the ability to master the core elements of the project and deliver project progress, cost, quality, etc. in accordance with strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities- Manage European power product project sets, including management of project scope, project planning, budget/cost, problem/risk, etc.
- Introduce domestic power product projects to the European market and manage aftermarket project management of European power products.
- Promote the management of multinational power product development projects and ensure high-quality end-to-end project delivery.
- Carry out pre-study management of prospective power product projects of the European market.
- Popularize the global development process, put forward and implement process adaptation and optimization in accordance with European work scenes.
- Establish and operate multinational communication and information sharing mechanisms to ensure the implementation and delivery of European projects in accordance with the plan.
- Lead large-scale power product development projects independently, with the ability to master the core elements of the project and deliver project progress, cost, quality, etc. in accordance with strategic planning.
- Set up project teams and clarify the responsibilities of project team members.
- Develop and issue project plans, identify deviations in plan implementation, and enact feasible catch-up plans.
- Organize review meetings of project milestones.
- Organize project meetings and lead the team to close the loop on items assigned in the meetings.
- Develop and manage project problems/risk lists.
- Be responsible for establishing organizational process assets of the projects.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, or relevant fields. Major in Project Management is a plus.
- At least 8 years of experience in project management, responsible for at least 2 projects. Experience in overseas project development is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of integrated product development processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, risk awareness, and teamwork skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, pleasant personality, serious, meticulous, and proactive at work, and strong pressure resistance.
- Fluent verbal communication in English with project members and for multinational cooperation as the main working language.
