Senior Product Marketing Manager

As a pivotal player in shaping the future of automotive technology, you will drive advancements in product marketing, particularly within the chassis systems domain. Your expertise will be essential in establishing and expanding profitable market positions globally. You will analyze market dynamics and align your strategies with the company's objectives to enhance business performance.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing the application strategy for chassis systems, including braking, steering, and suspension, within the automotive microcontroller sector.
  • Gathering and analyzing requirements to inform the development of next-generation products that reflect market trends and customer insights.
  • Identifying global business opportunities and formulating a pricing strategy to foster a sustainable and profitable market presence.
  • Crafting and refining our marketing and product strategies through collaboration with various stakeholders to optimize the product portfolio and support successful business initiatives.
  • Leading go-to-market efforts and overseeing the entire product life cycle.
  • Conducting proactive market research to evaluate competitors, assess product competitiveness, identify new market potentials, and prepare for market launches.

You will embody an entrepreneurial spirit, focusing on results while being mindful of costs. Your ability to recognize opportunities and develop profitable business concepts will be crucial. You will prioritize customer needs, anticipate future demands, and actively engage with clients to address their concerns. Building successful collaborations and prioritizing team goals over individual interests will be key to your success.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A technical degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field, ideally with a strong understanding of the automotive semiconductor landscape.
  • Over 6 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, business development, or field application engineering.
  • The capability to manage diverse stakeholders in a technical, international setting.
  • Knowledge of microcontrollers and a solid grasp of trends in braking and steering.
  • A proactive approach, with a passion for delivering results and thriving in an international team environment.
  • The ability to understand complex technical contexts and effectively communicate these at the management level.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, and ideally German, along with strong presentation abilities to convey complex information clearly.
