Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Globalen Category Manager (Elektrik/Automatisierung) für unsere Firma Bertrandt. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer globalen Kategorie-Strategie für Elektrik und Automatisierung.

Hauptherausforderungen:
  • Entwicklung einer globalen Kategorie-Strategie, einschließlich der Differenzierung nach Sub-Kategorien und Regionen
  • Entwicklung strategischer Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Realisierung von Einsparpotenzialen durch die weltweite Steuerung des Einkaufsvolumens, Kostenstrukturanalysen und die Anwendung von kaufmännischen, technischen und prozessualen Hebeln
  • Global einheitliches Auftreten gegenüber den wichtigsten Lieferanten sowie Verantwortung für das globale Lieferantenmanagement innerhalb der Kategorie
  • Lieferantenqualifizierungen und -bewertungen, Entwicklung einer globalen Lieferantenstrategie und -kategorisierung (inkl. Aufbau von strategischen Partnerschaften) sowie Vorbereitung und Verhandlung von Rahmenverträgen
  • Fachliche Führung und Entwicklung des globalen Category Teams in den Regionen (Operating Units) sowie deren fachliche Unterstützung in der Vertriebs- und Abwicklungsphase
  • Durchführung globaler Beschaffungsmarktprognosen und Trendanalysen, Beobachtung aktuelle Markt-/Lieferantenentwicklungen zur Identifikation von Einspar- und Optimierungs-potenzialen sowie Durchführung von Kostenstrukturanalysen, Lieferantenanalysen, Risikoanalysen und Technology Scouting
Erwartete Qualifikationen:
  • Erworbene akademische Ausbildung in den Bereichen Wirtschaft und/oder Technik
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit globalen Beschaffungsmärkten, Lieferantenbeziehungen und Verhandlungen
  • Inspirierende, motivierende, kommunikative und auf funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit orientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Beherrschung von State-of-the-Art Einkaufsmethoden, wie z.B. e-Auktionen und Wertanalysen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und strategische Fähigkeiten, bestehende Abläufe und Strukturen kritisch hinterfragen und in einer globalen Matrix-Organisation überzeugen
  • Ergebnis- und umsetzungsorientierte Herangehensweise in der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern sowie Erfahrung mit der Führung von Mitarbeitern
  • Internationale Erfahrung und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse
