Job Description

Join METRO AG as a Working Student and contribute to the success of our Global Category Management team. As a key member of our team, you will support our Global Category Managers in their daily work with local MCC country organizations, international suppliers, and the Metro Sourcing organization based in Asia and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Global Category Management data and market analyses to identify potential new Own Brand Projects
  • Assist in Project Management for the category Gastro Appliances
  • Conduct international Benchmarking of competition to identify the specification, customer requests, and relevant market shares
  • Review and Optimize the Master data on SKU-level (MBS)
Requirements:
  • You are enrolled in Bachelor-/ Master studies
  • You have excellent oral and written English (company language is English)
  • You have excellent MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel) as well as management of database skills
  • You show ability to work independently
  • You are eager to get to know global category management
  • International experience is an advantage
