About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global HR M&A Project Manager to join our team at Siemens Healthineers AG. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting our M&A activities and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent HR as the Workstream Lead in M&A deals, working closely with Global HR Business Partners, the company, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and support HR workstream members during Due Diligence, driving the development of the HR DD report and ensuring integration considerations and budget requirements are prepared.
  • Participate in expert sessions and contribute to the strategic alignment of the HR M&A function, continuously improving existing templates and tools.
  • Support the upskilling of HR workstream resources by providing coaching and advice as required.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field with a focus on HR or Project Management.
  • Many years of experience as an HR professional in an international, complex matrix organization and in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
  • Experience in leading large, complex HR transformation or cross-functional HR projects with demonstrable delivery of project requirements.
  • Broad, generalist HR knowledge and ideally international HR experience.
  • Basic knowledge of M&A processes, with in-depth experience in M&A-related topics, especially practical experience and know-how in M&A deals.
