Your Key Responsibilities:
- Represent HR as the Workstream Lead in M&A deals, working closely with Global HR Business Partners, the company, and all stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support HR workstream members during Due Diligence, driving the development of the HR DD report.
- Plan HR data requests, organize documentation of results, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure integration considerations and budget requirements are prepared.
- Participate in expert sessions and contribute to the HR-related paragraphs in the Master Sale and Purchase Agreement.
- Support the company in developing a retention plan, working closely with the Global HR Business Partner.
- Act as a consultant during the integration phase, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Contribute to the strategic alignment of the HR M&A function and continuously improve existing templates and tools.
- Support the upskilling of HR workstream resources through coaching and advice.
Your Qualifications and Experience:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field with a focus on HR or Project Management.
- Many years of experience as an HR professional in an international, complex matrix organization and in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Experience in leading large, complex HR transformation or cross-functional HR projects with demonstrable delivery of project requirements.
- Broad, generalist HR knowledge and ideally international HR experience.
- Basic knowledge of M&A processes, with in-depth experience in M&A-related topics a plus.
