Job Description

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen EHS-Experten, der unsere Umwelt-, Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsstrategie in Marburg leiten und umsetzen kann.

Aufgaben
  • Entwickelt und implementiert eine gemeinsame Vision und Strategie für EHS für den Standort Marburg, die die globalen und standortbezogenen Geschäftsziele widerspiegelt.
  • Leitet und entwickelt die EHS-Mitarbeiter und stellt eine angemessene Organisationsstruktur, Mitarbeiter, Fähigkeiten, technisches Wissen und Priorisierung der Arbeit sicher, um die Geschäftsziele und die Einhaltung der Vorschriften zu unterstützen.
  • Bewertet Compliance und Entwicklung von Strategien zur Überwachung und für kontinuierliche Verbesserung.
  • Unterstützt fachkundig in der Zusammenarbeit mit den EHS-Regulierungsbehörden.
  • Entwickelt und implementiert Pläne, um die Konformität des Standorts mit den Anforderungen des Globalen EHS-Managementsystems sowie ISO 45001 und ISO 14001 sicherzustellen.
  • Als Mitglied des Marburger Site Leadership Teams trägt er aktiv zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung der umfassenden Unternehmensstrategie, Kultur und "Corporate Governance-Policy" bei.
  • Erleichtert das Überwachen wesentlicher EHS-Risiken durch die Risikomanagementprozesse und -register der Standorte und Geschäftseinheiten.
  • Überwacht die Wirksamkeit von Notfallvorsorgeverfahren.
  • Verantwortet das EHS-Budget und ist für den Forecast verantwortlich.
Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen
  • Wissenschaftlicher Abschluss (Bachelor oder Master), Engineering oder verwandte EHS-Disziplin bevorzugt.
  • Mindestens 10 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung, einschließlich behördlicher Inspektionen Gesamterfahrung im Bereich EHS.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams.
  • Erfahrung als EHS-Leiter für einen Standort / eine Einrichtung in einer GMP- oder biologischen Produktionsumgebung ist erforderlich.
  • Bevorzugt wird die Erfahrung in einer Matrixorganisation.
  • Erfahrung im Prozesssicherheitsmanagement sowie in der Herstellung großer pharmazeutischer oder chemischer Produkte.
