Senior SiC Manufacturing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Become a pivotal member of a forward-thinking organization, influencing the future of the semiconductor sector.
- Drive the strategic planning and execution of innovative manufacturing technologies within the SiC landscape. Evaluate and integrate leading industry platforms and technologies, fostering a collaborative network for industry partnerships and spearheading project-based technical alliances.
- Manage SiC manufacturing specifications and pioneer state-of-the-art micro-nano manufacturing solutions that leverage the capabilities of the SiC technology platform.
- Lead the deployment of SiC manufacturing solutions while tackling significant technical challenges head-on.
- Recruit and assimilate key technology professionals and resources to propel the advancement and breakthroughs in related processes and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Semiconductor Physics, Microelectronics, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a closely related discipline within the semiconductor industry.
- Over 12 years of experience in semiconductor epitaxy introduction or development, with direct involvement in SiC product introduction or production.
- Robust understanding of SiC process flow, manufacturing methodologies, and characterization techniques is preferred.
- Expertise in semiconductor material processing, particularly in relation to power device development.
- Proficient in measurement methodologies and techniques for assessing materials and process results.
- Proven track record in mass production within leading industry facilities is highly beneficial.
- A practical, hands-on approach with a flexible mindset for operating in diverse cultural settings.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in German and/or Chinese is advantageous.
