About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Medic Assist GmbH. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in English and French.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in English and French.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Manage and prioritize customer service tickets to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Provide information about products and services to customers.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Participate in training sessions and continuous learning to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and French; knowledge of German is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
