Business Development Manager - Industry Automation

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive the acquisition of new clients and oversee project development through comprehensive market analysis and customer insights.

2. Foster and sustain customer relationships to achieve high retention rates for existing clients and establish robust standards for new clientele and projects.

3. Facilitate project communications, gather essential project data, manage client relations, devise bidding strategies, and prepare necessary documentation for bidding processes.

4. Conduct thorough project evaluations upon completion to ensure quality and satisfaction.

5. Coordinate the execution of technical agreements and contracts post-project award, ensuring the recovery of advance payments.

6. Initiate projects during the execution phase, develop payment schedules, optimize costs, and manage project budget allocations.

7. Oversee customer relationship management throughout the project lifecycle, assisting the project team in addressing critical project challenges.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive non-standard automation sales or over 5 years in project management.

2. A background in mechanical, electrical, or assembly disciplines is advantageous.

3. Experience in B2B bidding processes for non-automated equipment is a plus.

4. Proven track record in negotiating contracts with key clients is preferred.
