Project Manager for Product Introduction

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Alstom in Kassel. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of product introduction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver their tasks
  • Coordinate and manage stakeholder relationships, including customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, and that any issues or risks are identified and mitigated
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan
  • Ensure that projects are delivered within budget, and that any cost savings or variances are identified and managed
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
