Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Achievement
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to address customer needs and achieve quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key executives and decision-makers in strategic accounts.
    • Collaborate with partners to create and review joint pipeline of opportunities and establish a success plan on deals.
  • Customer Relationships
    • Become a trusted adviser to key executives in the account.
    • Bring a vision into the accounts to meet execs and contribute to customer digital transformation.
    • Leverage insight of business issues and industry trends.
    • Build a network of stakeholders at all levels and establish strong and sustainable relationships with key executives and decision-makers in strategic accounts.
  • Partner Relationships
    • Create and maintain productive relationships with key partners in the territory.
    • Collaborate with partners to create and review joint pipeline of opportunities and establish a success plan on deals.

Qualifications

  • Strong, dynamic, determined, and customer-oriented personality with the power of endurance.
  • Strong general business culture (industry trends, enterprise organization, department role).
  • Passionate about developing long-term and high-level customer and partner relationships.
  • Expert in achieving revenue goals with a rigor based on measurable and ambitious indicators.
  • Ability to work as a sales leader to motivate and engage Axway presales, services, marketing, partner, and support teams in customer projects.
  • Ability to work with a large ecosystem of partners, ISV.
  • Enjoy working in trust and autonomy with a high-level sense of ethics and responsibility.
  • Capacity for teamwork and to inspire positive behaviors.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Degree level or equivalent: Master in business administration, engineering, business informatics, or similar.
  • 5+ years' experience in B2B software solution sales to large enterprises is mandatory.
  • Experiences in on-premise and Cloud/SaaS-based software solutions sales, ERP, and business application, and/or middleware sector.
  • Native speaker in German and good English language skills.
