- Business Insights and Strategy
- Partner with sales leaders and Sales operations team in EMEA on reporting and analytical requests: Quarterly management reporting, sales productivity and performance analysis, pipeline creation/coverage monitoring, quota attainment, competitive win/loss, etc.
- Identify critical trends and provide actionable business insights to Snowflake leadership to drive go-to-market strategy
- 8+ years of experience at large, tech companies, top-tier investment banking, and/or management consulting
- Prior experience in sales operations, sales strategy, financial planning and analysis, or equivalent function with significant exposure to sales teams
- Advanced skills/knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Financial/Operational Modeling
- Advanced skill working with SQL, relational database, dashboard tools (Looker, Tableau)
- Demonstrated understanding of SaaS go-to-market models, sales support roles, business metrics, and growth best practices
- Ability to structure complex problems, derive insights from data, and articulate clearly with diverse teams up to the senior leadership level
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to influence varying org functions at varying levels of seniority throughout the org
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches, and with multiple competing deadlines
- Always focused on doing what's right for the customer and the business. High energy and contagious enthusiasm. Willing to take on the tough projects and challenges to support growth
- Bachelor's degree. MBA a plus
