Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Finance Accounting Associate (m/f/d) to join our team at MAGNA Energy Storage Systems GmbH.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
  • Conduct account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare necessary accruals and provisions
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Oversee payment transactions and ensure timely processing
  • Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations
  • Prepare documentation in accordance with MAGNA standards
  • Manage dunning processes in accounts receivable
  • Address tax-related issues and engage in project work

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk, tax clerk, or management assistant with further specialization in financial accounting
  • Relevant experience in financial accounting with a strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work systematically
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and a strong team-oriented mindset
  • High motivation and a proactive approach to tasks
  • Strong business acumen to support independent work
  • Proficient in MS Office, with SAP knowledge being an advantage
