Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Finance Accounting Associate (m/f/d) to join our team at MAGNA Energy Storage Systems GmbH.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate records
- Prepare necessary accruals and provisions
- Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Oversee payment transactions
- Conduct intercompany bookings and reconciliations
- Prepare documentation in accordance with MAGNA standards
- Manage dunning processes within accounts receivable
- Address tax-related matters and participate in project work
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk, tax clerk, or management assistant with further qualifications in financial accounting
- Relevant professional experience in financial accounting with strong accounting knowledge
- Excellent analytical skills and a structured approach to work
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure while being team-oriented
- High motivation and enthusiasm for task completion
- Strong business acumen that supports independent work
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally familiar with SAP
