Key Responsibilities
  • Independently perform a range of accounting duties, including the management of general ledger entries, fixed asset accounting, and both accounts payable and receivable.
  • Oversee liquidity management and efficiently coordinate payment processes to secure financial stability.
  • Gather and present financial information for internal reporting and assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Support the preparation and submission of tax returns and other necessary documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Evaluate and establish provisions for the accurate recording and assessment of financial liabilities.
  • Manage collections and accounts receivable, including liaising with clients to ensure effective cash flow and address outstanding payments.
  • Continuously assess and regulate payment flows, implement strategies to enhance financial operations, and ensure adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
Candidate Profile
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualifications with demonstrated accounting experience.
  • Familiarity with financial data processing and accounting software such as DATEV or similar is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of payroll accounting is beneficial but not essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Fluent in German, with a good command of English being a plus.
  • Dependability, autonomy, a structured approach to work, and meticulous attention to detail are essential attributes.
