Global Sales Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Global Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives growth and revenue for Fluke.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and drives revenue growth in the EMEA region.
- Lead Regional Sales Team: Manage and motivate a team of Regional Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue.
- Strong Business Acumen: Excellent understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, and product development.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and develop effective sales strategies that drive business growth.
- Results-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives, with a strong focus on results-driven performance.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Related Field: Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue.
- Experience in the Non-Destructive Testing Industry: Strong understanding of the non-destructive testing industry, including products, services, and market trends.
Language Skills:
- Excellent Language Skills: Fluent in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Work Environment:
- Home Office Based in Europe or Munich Area: Ability to work from home office based in Europe or Munich area, with frequent travel to customer sites and internal meetings.
