About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Director to lead our Continence Care Business Unit in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and executing a go-to-market strategy that drives sales growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Manage and optimize the sales budget to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial leadership role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
