Drive Growth and Expansion

As a Senior Business Development B2B, you will lead strategic projects that fuel growth and lay the groundwork for expansion. Working closely with the Head of B2B, you'll play a crucial role in building and accelerating the growth of our B2B business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the international market expansion by creating a comprehensive expansion playbook
  • Conduct in-depth research on local market requirements to tailor go-to-market strategies to specific needs
  • Implement strategies and develop a robust KPI-based performance assessment system
  • Manage and execute key projects in the DACH market focused on foundational growth and process improvement
  • Perform data analyses, KPI deep dives, and industry benchmarks to generate strategic insights for discussions with the Westwing leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience at a top consulting firm or in business development, digital sales, and marketing, with a proven track record of leading large-scale and high-impact projects in fast-growth environments
  • In-depth knowledge of growth drivers in e-commerce and digital sales, with a preference for candidates who have internationalization experience
  • Proven project management skills with a proactive, self-driven approach and a keen attention to detail
  • Strong strategic and conceptual thinking with a demonstrated ability to successfully implement strategies
  • Resilient, adaptable, and efficient in dynamic environments
  • A commanding presence with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams effectively
  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
