Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our project team in construction management.

Responsibilities
  • Operational management of our construction sites, primarily carried out on-site.
  • Work in a team with site managers, purchasing managers, and polishers on demanding construction projects.
  • Realize new buildings, as well as renovation and modernization projects.
  • Plan and coordinate subcontractor services.
  • Monitor execution in the context of quality assurance.
  • Cost and budget control in collaboration with the project team.
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Desirable: several years of experience in construction management.
  • High level of social competence and willingness to take responsibility.
  • Ability to find economic solutions in dealing with clients and subcontractors.
