Credit Risk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Analyst to join our team at Lehmann&Voss&Co.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough credit checks to minimize bad debt losses and ensure the financial stability of our company and its subsidiaries.
- Analyze relevant information to determine and monitor credit lines, ensuring timely and accurate decision-making.
- Manage and monitor bank guarantees and sureties, maintaining accurate master data to support our credit management processes.
- Stay up-to-date with credit management guidelines and contribute to their development, ensuring our practices remain best-in-class.
- Optimize our credit management software to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide specialized training to sales staff in our business units, enhancing their credit management skills.
- Completed commercial vocational training or business studies, ideally with a Certified Credit Manager certification.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in receivables/risk management and credit assessment.
- Strong knowledge of implementing internal guidelines and processes in an international group of companies.
- Analytical and solution-oriented approach, combined with entrepreneurial thinking and action.
- High level of commitment and personal responsibility.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and articulate demeanor.
- Intercultural understanding and proficiency in English, with additional languages an asset.
- Proficiency in SAP R/3, SAP S4 Hana, and M365.
