Credit Risk Manager

At ADM, we are seeking a highly skilled EMEA Credit Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for assessing and managing credit risk across our European, Middle Eastern, and African operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough credit assessments of new customers to ensure their financial stability and creditworthiness.
- Monitor and analyze counterparty and country risk to identify potential threats to our business.
- Review and update existing credit limits to ensure they align with our risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with commercial managers to negotiate credit limit payment terms and communicate decisions in a timely manner.
- Partner with the business to identify solutions that support our company's growth strategies.
- Analyze customer information, balance sheets, and securities to inform credit decisions.
- Document and maintain records of credit assessments and decisions in our GetPaid credit system.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external partners on credit-related matters.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a credit management role, preferably in an international company.
- Fluent command of written and spoken English and good German language skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
