Credit Risk Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Analyst to join our team at Lehmann&Voss&Co. as a key member of our credit management department.
Key Responsibilities- Credit Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough credit checks on clients and suppliers to minimize the risk of bad debt losses.
- Credit Line Management: Analyze and determine credit lines, ensuring that they are aligned with our company's risk tolerance.
- Bank Guarantee and Surety Management: Oversee the management and monitoring of bank guarantees and sureties, ensuring that they are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Credit Management Guidelines: Monitor and develop credit management guidelines to ensure that they are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Software Optimization: Collaborate with the IT department to optimize our credit management software, ensuring that it is user-friendly and efficient.
- Sales Training: Provide specialized training to sales staff on credit management best practices, ensuring that they are equipped to effectively manage client relationships.
- Education: Completed commercial vocational training or business studies, ideally with additional qualifications as a Certified Credit Manager.
- Experience: Several years of relevant professional experience in receivables/risk management and credit assessment.
- Skills: Sound knowledge of internal guidelines and processes in an international group of companies, analytical and solution-oriented approach, entrepreneurial thinking, high level of commitment, strong communication skills, and proficiency in SAP R/3 and SAP S4 Hana as well as M365.
