Job Title: Team Lead Influencer Marketing

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Influencer Marketing team. As a key member of our growth strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing our influencer marketing strategy, managing our influencer marketing budget, and leading a small team of influencer marketers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement our influencer marketing strategy, including paid deals, barter deals, and our affiliate program.
  • Manage our influencer marketing budget and targets, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Lead a small team of influencer marketers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and their managers/agencies, identifying new opportunities and negotiating collaborations.
  • Develop creative briefs to help our influencers promote Every. in the best way possible.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of sponsorship and collaboration initiatives, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Bring a performance-driven approach to the planning and implementation of influencer campaigns, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing for e-commerce brands in the German market.
  • Experience with subscription business models a plus.
  • Fluency in German and English, with Dutch and French a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • A deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and how they translate to influencer marketing.
  • Ambitious and looking to take the next step in your career, into a team lead position.
  • Autonomous and capable of working independently, but also enjoy being part of a team and working cross-functionally.
