Deine Aufgaben
  • **Business Development**: Identifizierung von neuen Kunden und Kandidaten
  • **Kundenbetreuung**: Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden aus dem Bereich Life Science hinsichtlich ihrer Personalbedarfe
  • **Kandidatensuche**: Aktive Kandidatensuche und -ansprache über verschiedene Kanäle (z.B. Netzwerke, Datenbanken)
  • **Interviews und Bewerbergespräche**: Führen von Interviews und Bewerbergesprächen sowie die Begleitung des gesamten Auswahlprozesses
  • **Netzwerk aufbauen**: Aufbau und Pflege eines belastbaren Netzwerks zu Fach- und Führungskräften im Life Science Bereich
  • **Kandidatenprofile erstellen**: Erstellung von Kandidatenprofilen und Beratung der Kunden bei der Kandidatenauswahl
  • **Teamarbeit**: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team und Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Dienstleistungen
Dein Profil
  • **Studium oder Berufsausbildung**: Studium (Bachelor oder Master) oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
  • **Berufserfahrung**: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Personalberatung oder im Recruitment, idealerweise im Bereich Life Science
  • **Kommunikationsfähigkeiten**: Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie ein professionelles Auftreten
  • **Eigenmotivation**: Hohe Eigenmotivation, Kundenorientierung und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • **Sprachkenntnisse**: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
