About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ERP Consultant to join our team at much. GmbH. As an expert in Finance and Accounting processes, you will support challenging projects involving the implementation and ongoing development of complex ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take on an expert role for complex Finance, Accounting, and Controlling ERP solutions and processes
  • Lead large-scale ERP implementation projects based on Odoo as an expert for Finance ERP and conduct subprojects independently
  • Provide consistent support to our customers as their point of contact regarding Finance ERP topics throughout projects
  • Lead and mentor our Junior Consultants, fostering their professional growth and development
  • Shape and improve our internal business processes for an entire business unit
  • Steer the development of software customizations and internal products
  • Lead workshops, pitches, and change management initiatives for our customers, ensuring smooth transitions and effective project execution
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of work experience with 2 years as an ERP key user, ERP Consultant, or IT Consultant, or 2 years as an accountant
  • Expert knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Controlling processes specific to German law
  • Experience with Finance-related business IT and software, such as Payment or Accounting systems
  • Higher education in a business or IT-related field, ideally with a Finance or Accounting specialization
  • Hands-on experience in leadership and mentoring
  • Very fast comprehension skills, analytical way of working, and high commitment
  • Passion for challenging projects and smart solutions
  • English and German language fluency of C1 is required
