Your Responsibilities- As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, engaging in IT service and support.
- You will be responsible for documenting client inquiries and issues in a digital format within our ticketing system.
- You will monitor installed systems and respond to any disruptions.
- Active communication with our clients will be essential, utilizing phone, email, and the ticketing system.
- You will contribute to enhancing service processes and leverage your expertise to propose and implement your own ideas for improvement.
- You possess strong communication skills, are confident in dealing with people, and have a good command of language in daily customer interactions.
- You have experience in the digital documentation of inquiries and complaints.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as OTRS, ServiceNow, or Jira will enhance your profile.
- Knowledge of ITIL service management and relevant certifications are advantageous.
- Your work style is both team-oriented and independent, combined with a high level of service competence and enjoyment in customer interactions.
- You ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality standards in client contact.
- This position also welcomes career changers (even without IT training) or those with experience in commercial or technical fields.
