About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a German Language Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers in German, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues in German, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Respond to customer requests, including pricing and product inquiries, order status, tracking inquiries, and order cancellations.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our products and services, and providing expert knowledge on current promotions and new offers.
  • Handle account and billing issues, as well as order upselling, troubleshooting, fraud order, and returns, based on policy provided through training guidelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and solutions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent command of German language.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Great communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills.
  • Computer knowledge and technical savviness.
  • Ability to multitask and have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts and availability to work overtime when required.
  • Work experience in customer support is an advantage.
  • A positive and adventurous attitude.
