Senior Sales Executive

Cadence Germany is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to drive business growth and develop long-term relationships with customers.

We are looking for a results-driven individual with a strong background in technology sales to join our team in Germany.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead sales efforts in specified accounts, generating business and identifying new opportunities.
  • Develop strategic sales plans, collaborate with internal teams, and deliver targeted sales presentations.
  • Forecast business pipeline and contribute to global sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Master's degree in Engineering or Physics, MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of technology sales experience
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Solid understanding of IC design process
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of building customer relationships and closing deals
