Senior Sales Executive

Cadence Germany is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to drive business growth and develop long-term relationships with customers.
We are looking for a results-driven individual with a strong background in technology sales to join our team in Germany.
In this role, you will:
- Lead sales efforts in specified accounts, generating business and identifying new opportunities.
- Develop strategic sales plans, collaborate with internal teams, and deliver targeted sales presentations.
- Forecast business pipeline and contribute to global sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Master's degree in Engineering or Physics, MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of technology sales experience
- Proficiency in German and English
- Solid understanding of IC design process
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of building customer relationships and closing deals
