Our company is on the lookout for a motivated and skilled Senior Sales Representative to enhance our team in Germany.

We seek a performance-oriented professional with a robust background in tech sales. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in fostering business expansion and establishing enduring partnerships with clients.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing sales initiatives within designated accounts, cultivating business, and uncovering new prospects.
  • Creating strategic sales approaches, collaborating with internal departments, and delivering focused sales presentations.
  • Projecting business opportunities and contributing to international sales strategies.

The perfect candidate will possess:

  • A Master's degree in Engineering or Physics, with an MBA being advantageous
  • At least 5 years of experience in technology sales
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • A comprehensive understanding of the IC design process
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • A proven history of nurturing client relationships and finalizing agreements
