This position provides an opportunity to engage in one of ZEISS' pivotal group initiatives, focusing on the harmonization and standardization of processes and frameworks that will shape the operational landscape of ZEISS for the foreseeable future. Collaborating closely with the Senior Manager of your stream, you will...
- assume a facilitative role, comprehending and mastering the distinct processes to effectively mediate between ZEISS functions and process specialists in a targeted manner.
- direct and coordinate essential external consulting resources within your workstream.
- share insights with your fellow workstream teams to promote best practice exchange and integration into related processes, while reporting your findings to the overarching program management.
- oversee the alignment of your workstream's progress with the senior manager, ensuring the planning, execution, and enhancement of your workstream, thereby contributing significantly to the overall success of the project.
- take charge of achieving optimal solutions for ZEISS, balancing the unique needs of individual functions and segments by contributing to the Engineer-to-Order Workstream.
Your Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in leading projects focused on business process excellence or in a similar performance enhancement environment.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of the Engineer-to-Order process for customized product business.
- Results-driven, with strong analytical and organizational capabilities, complemented by effective change communication skills to formulate and successfully execute strategic plans.
- A robust perspective on change management.
- Proficient in both German and English, in written and spoken forms.
