- Analyze and Improve Shift Performance: Analyze shift performance against relevant business objectives and implement actions to improve operational excellence, ensuring that our operations are safe, efficient, and of high quality.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with management-level colleagues to standardize shift practices, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
As an Area Manager, you will work on a shift pattern at one of our sites, focusing on ensuring that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently. Your main responsibilities will include leading a team, driving process improvements, overseeing projects, analyzing shift performance, and collaborating with colleagues.

Requirements- Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
- Experience: Relevant experience in people management, logistics, and supply chain management, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and leading high-performing teams.
- Communication Skills: Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and intermediate proficiency in local language.
- Technical Skills: Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions and working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
