- assume a facilitative role, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the distinct processes to effectively mediate between ZEISS functions and process specialists in a targeted manner.
- coordinate and manage necessary external consulting resources within your workstream.
- share insights with your fellow workstream teams to promote best practice dissemination and integration into associated processes, while reporting your findings to the overarching program management.
- oversee the alignment of your workstream's progress with the senior manager, ensuring planning, execution, and enhancement measures are in place, thereby significantly contributing to the overall success of the project.
- take charge of achieving optimal solutions for ZEISS, balancing the needs of individual functions and segments by contributing to the Engineer-to-Order Workstream.
Your Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in leading projects focused on business process excellence or in a similar performance enhancement environment.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of the Engineer-to-Order process for customized product offerings.
- Results-driven, with strong analytical and organizational capabilities, complemented by effective change communication skills to formulate and implement strategic plans successfully.
- A robust perspective on change management.
- Proficient in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
