Role Summary
In the capacity of Senior Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and supervising personnel engaged in Supply Chain Management, Asset Management, Transportation, Waste Management, and Morale/Welfare services. Your leadership will ensure the effective and economical execution of operations. You will oversee departmental performance, ensure compliance with regulations, and advocate for ongoing enhancements within the organization. Furthermore, you will identify training requirements, elevate employee competencies, and enforce quality benchmarks and controls. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree along with 10-15 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position.
