As a leader in the food delivery sector, our company is committed to maintaining strong and effective relationships with employee representatives. In this role, you will be pivotal in fostering a collaborative environment between the organization and its employee councils.

Your Responsibilities

This position serves as a vital link between the organization and the employee council, overseeing global initiatives and ensuring their successful local implementation. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Advising and supporting management and departments while collaborating closely with all stakeholders on relevant labor law matters.
  • Working in tandem with the employee council to negotiate agreements that benefit both parties.
  • Facilitating and leading negotiations with employee representatives in mediation settings.
  • Developing innovative and practical strategies for labor relations that meet organizational needs.
  • Managing global projects to ensure effective local execution.
  • Collaborating with both local and central interfaces to streamline processes.
  • Conducting training sessions for the organization on collective bargaining issues and procedures.
  • Addressing collective bargaining challenges to mitigate legal risks.
Your Profile
  • A degree in law, business administration, or psychology.
  • A minimum of three years of experience working with employee councils in Germany.
  • Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating agreements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and diplomatic finesse; a team player with a pragmatic approach.
  • Experience in project management within an international context is advantageous.
  • Proficient in engaging with management and employee representatives.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in your work style.
  • Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
