Strategic HR Consultant - EMEA Operations

In this position, you will deliver comprehensive HR support to the EMEA Operations division, specifically for European regions, with an emphasis on manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality assurance, engineering, and ongoing enhancement initiatives. Your role will involve aligning human resource strategies with organizational goals, providing tailored HR solutions to operational leaders, spearheading HR strategies and initiatives, and advising business executives on matters related to workforce and organizational dynamics.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and offer strategic HR insights to leaders within European Operations
  • Facilitate essential HR processes throughout EMEA Operations
  • Guide leaders on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational challenges
  • Partner with HR teams on labor relations and various HR projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline
  • At least 7 years of HR experience within manufacturing or operational environments
  • Proficiency in German employee relations and labor laws
  • Strong business insight and effective communication abilities
  • Fluency in both English and German

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or professional HR certification
  • Experience working in matrix organizational structures
