Position Title: Experienced Program Manager - 22FDX
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Program Manager for Technology Development Programs within GlobalFoundries' cutting-edge 300 mm wafer fabrication facility.
- Oversee and coordinate the execution of intricate semiconductor engineering development initiatives.
- Manage the comprehensive program timeline, resource distribution, and alignment of program milestone objectives.
- Facilitate a smooth transition from the development phase to production.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of specialists throughout the entire Technology Development Program, defining tasks and work packages to ensure timely and quality program delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, PMO, PDK, Modeling, and IP Teams.
- Effectively communicate internally and externally with customers in both technical and executive settings.
- Possess a Master's or Diploma degree in Engineering or Science (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Materials) or a PhD.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of modern CMOS process integration.
- Exhibit strong teamwork abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Showcase robust analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
- Have several years of experience in technical leadership roles within the semiconductor sector.
- Maintain a proven track record in Technology Development and/or program management of complex, cross-functional engineering projects.
- Experience in "More than Moore" development efforts, such as Embedded Memory, High-Voltage, or RF/mmWave, is advantageous.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Familiarity with semiconductor volume manufacturing techniques, statistical methods, FMEA/8D methodologies, and multicultural working environments is beneficial.
- Project Management Certification (e.g., IPMA, PMP) is a plus.
