Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our Technology Development Programs within our state-of-the-art mm wafer fab in Dresden, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing the execution of complex semiconductor engineering development programs, ensuring seamless transition from development phase into production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage the execution of complex semiconductor engineering development programs.
  • Own the overall program schedule, resource allocation, and alignment of program milestone deliverables.
  • Ensure seamless transition from development phase into production.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of experts throughout the entire Technology Development Program, defining tasks and work packages for timely and high-quality program completion.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, PMO, PDK, Modeling, and IP Teams.
  • Communicate effectively internally and with customers within technical and executive forums.
Requirements
  • Masters or Diploma degree in Engineering or Science (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Materials) and/or PhD.
  • Solid working knowledge of modern CMOS process integration.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Several years of experience in technical leadership roles within the semiconductor industry.
  • Track record in Technology Development and/or program management of complex, cross-functional engineering programs.
  • Experience in "More than Moore" development efforts like Embedded Memory, High-Voltage, or RF/mmWave is a plus.
  • Fluent in English language - written and verbal; proficiency in German language is a plus.
  • Exposure to semiconductor volume manufacturing methods, statistical methods, FMEA/8D Methodology, external customer, and multicultural working environment is beneficial.
  • Project Management Certification (e.g., IPMA, PMP) is a plus.
