Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion into the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and growing our presence in this new market, generating new leads, closing new business, and providing exceptional service.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our CEO and have a real impact on our sales strategy and business growth. We are looking for a self-driven, open-minded, ambitious, and motivated sales professional with a strong background in business development, sales, or customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and grow our presence in the DACH region, targeting multiple sectors.
  • Generate new leads, close new business, and provide exceptional service.
  • Work closely with our CEO to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to share insights and understand the market.
  • Run regular sessions with our Junior Sales Manager to support and develop their skills.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business development in the DACH region.
  • Experience working with e-commerce and SaaS companies.
  • Good understanding of software-related concepts and terminology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Proven track record of over-achievement throughout your career.
  • Excellent selling skills built on trust and reliability.
  • Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Native or fluent German language skills.
  • Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
