Production Facility Engineer

Join Our Team as a Facilities Operations Engineer
At OSB AG, we are looking for a dedicated professional who is ready to contribute to our production facilities.
Your Role:
- Be a key member of a team responsible for the upkeep and service of production facilities, tools, and machinery.
- Ensure that infrastructure is prepared for both current and future production needs.
- Plan and execute infrastructure projects, including electrical systems, HVAC, and fire safety systems.
- Facilitate the seamless integration of specialized equipment into building systems to enhance functionality.
- Oversee troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair operations for both testing and production facilities.
- Manage contracts with facility service providers.
- Lead the establishment of a maintenance framework, including a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule for production equipment.
- Maintain and oversee spare parts and equipment inventory, ensuring regular checks.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of external contractors and suppliers.
- Identify and analyze facility-related issues to determine root causes.
- Drive improvement initiatives in collaboration with various stakeholders to mitigate incidents.
Your Qualifications:
- A completed technical apprenticeship, Bachelor of Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- Certification as an electrician with relevant electrical experience is preferred.
- Extensive experience in a Facilities Engineering role or similar, with apprenticeship experience considered.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, HVAC, air supply, and fire protection.
- Understanding of safety regulations, codes, and standards relevant to building systems.
- Ability to perform tasks accurately while adhering to internal processes and safety regulations.
- Fluency in both English and German is essential.
