Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Country Manager for the DACH region. As our lead representative in the market, you will be responsible for developing and driving sales within the region, expanding our customer base, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with international teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands.
- Analyze regional market trends and customer needs to provide insights for product development and sales strategy adjustments.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals effectively.
- Deliver set KPIs for the year and implement business reviews with key partners.
- Act as the face of the company in the market, building relationships with key partners, clients, and prospects.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and interpret accounts' sell-through data to formulate plans.
- Making introductions to top clients, accounts, and distributors.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience, with 2 years working across EMEA or MENA.
- 2 years minimum management experience.
- Ability to create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at senior and mid-management levels.
- Ability to understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
- Strong IT skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Effective at multitasking and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas consistently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, with additional languages advantageous.
- Ability to travel within Germany and occasionally internationally as needed.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
