Business Functional Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Functional Analyst to join our Instant Payments team at Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft. As a Business Functional Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our technology solutions meet business objectives and drive business value.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to our vision and product roadmap, integrating business value with experience and expertise.
- Collaborate with various squads and stakeholders, including clients and central banks, to ensure seamless delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Bridge the business and delivery workstreams to enable an E2E agile workflow, leveraging your analytical skills and problem-solving attitude.
- Engage in our BFA chapter to optimize business analysis craftmanship and drive innovation.
- Develop and maintain deep analytical skills, with a high degree of curiosity and willingness to get into the very details.
- Coach and mentor team members, remove obstacles, and facilitate teamwork, ensuring adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertly utilize Confluence, Jira, and JQL, with a strong focus on continual self-improvement and learning.
- Empathize with stakeholders, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong problem-solving attitude.
- Stay up-to-date with payments knowledge and maintain fluent English language skills.
